What is your Return Policy?
We hope that you love your piece as much as we do. In the event you change your mind on a gallery piece you have purchased, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs for change of mind will be at the customers expense.
There are no refunds on Commission pieces.
What is the process for a return
Simply email us at hello@yourart.com.au and we will respond to your email and advise of the process. Return shipping will be at your cost and can be arranged through your local Pack & Send.
Do you ship internationally?
If you wish to have a painting shipped outside Australia please send us an email at hello@yourart.com.au specifying the painting you wish to purchase and your delivery address. We will determine freight costs and an approximate delivery time to this location for you. Commission works can also be done for international customers please email us to discuss your needs.
What techniques do you use to paint art?
My art is primarily acrylic paints, but I do use thickeners and charcoal also, I work with a lot of water and create my own colours! I use anything from sponges, brushes, knifes, but my fingers are my favourite tool. On almost all of my works if you look hard you will see my personal finger marks! I love the raw authentic touch.
Can I get more photos of the artworks if I am unsure of colour?
You sure can. Email us at hello@yourart.com.au and we will take more photos and simply email them to you. The light where you hang your art can effect which colours stand out, and paintings can look different at night under globes
Will my painting be ready to hang?
Yes all art is ready to hang with the use of premium wire and hooks, you simply need to get the right hook for your wall and hang. Should you wish to hang the art the opposite way to what is shown in our gallery, email us and we can have both options fitted for your convenience.
Will my painting be signed?
Yes all art is signed with the name of the piece, signature, and year. Its found on the back of the art, as we don't like to take away from the art.
