For many years I felt self love was getting a manicure, massage, hair done, gym, going for a walk. All of the things, buying more things, flowers, a candle, having a drink FOOD! This was what I had associated with self love.
This year I have worked very hard in my business and on me, it all started with who the F-ck am I? At 45 I realised I had played roles my entire life, child hood conditioning and a desperation to be loved and validated by others had taught me to be the best actress off all, and I had even convinced myself as well.
